Space OS ("Space", "we", "us") operates https://www.spaceos.solutions. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and submit build or checkout requests.
Information we collect
When you use Space OS forms — including the guided qualification flow and self-serve checkout preview — we collect the information you submit. This may include:
- Name and company / brand name
- Email address and WhatsApp number
- Business profile details (industry, company size, workflow goals)
- Selected packages, automations, budget, and timeline preferences
- Optional notes you provide during checkout
How we use your data
We use submitted information to:
- Respond to your build requests and operate the Space OS service
- Review qualification submissions and checkout preview orders
- Contact you about your request via your preferred method
- Improve our onboarding and product direction
Where data is stored
Form submission data may be stored in Supabase (our database provider) to persist leads, build requests, and checkout orders.
Submissions may also trigger internal automation through n8n workflows — for example, to notify our team when a new request is received. No payment card or banking data is collected through the current website.
Payments
The current checkout experience is a mock checkout preview. No real payment is processed through the website at this time. When live payment providers are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We retain submission data as needed to respond to your request and operate Space OS. You may contact us to request deletion of your data:
